Porch, storm damage, West Burlington, IA

SERVPRO of Burlington was called to this family's home after storms came through the area with driving force rain.  We went to go dry this area out.  After demo of the partial walls, we found the floor very unsteady and uncovered the condition of the floor joists.  They were not only affected by the water, but also termites.  we dug the area out, poured concrete and set new joists, which you can see in the after picture.  After this room was completely reconstructed, the floor nice and level, the homeowner's were so pleased with our work they had us back for carpet cleaning.
